適用范圍

本品適用于水泥砂漿抹灰面,、混凝土,、各類(lèi)保溫系統(tǒng)涂料飾面等建筑飾面及彈性涂裝系

統(tǒng)的找平處理。

Scope of Application

This product is applicable to cement mortar plastering surface, concrete, various kinds of insulation system coating surface, such as the building surface and elastic coating system leveling treatment.

施工工藝

1 ,、水的加入量以施工稠度為準(zhǔn),。攪拌均勻后放置10~15分鐘(冬季30分鐘)再進(jìn)行攪拌即可使用，不可加入除水以外其他材料,。 2,、若基面過(guò)于干燥，施工前需將基層表面濕潤(rùn)至無(wú)明水,，并保證基面穩(wěn)固,、潔凈、平整光滑,，無(wú)灰塵,、油污、脫落物及其他碎屑物,。明顯的空隙,、砂眼須用水泥砂漿堵塞抹平，尖銳的邊綠應(yīng)除去,。用抹刀直接抹刮膠漿于基面上,，建議分2-3遍批刮，每遍批刮厚度不超過(guò)1mm,，總厚度不超過(guò)3mm,。 3、第二遍應(yīng)在第一遍完全干固后(6-12小時(shí))方可批刮,。操作過(guò)程中應(yīng)保持間斷性攪拌,，以防止沉淀。節(jié)點(diǎn)處理按有關(guān)規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行,，宜加一層纖維網(wǎng)或無(wú)紡布,。正常用量視基面平整度而定，基面越平整用量越少,。厚度在2mm的情況下：2.5kg-3kg左右/㎡,。

Construction Technology

1. The amount of water added shall be subject to the construction consistency. Stir well and leave for 10-15 minutes (30 minutes in winter). Then stir and use. Do not add other materials except water.

2. If the base surface is too dry, the base surface shall be wetted to no bright water before construction, and the base surface shall be stable, clean, smooth and free from dust, oil, shedding and other debris. Apparent interspace and sand holes must be blocked and troweled smooth with cement mortar, and sharp edge should be removed. Use a spatula to directly wipe the scraping glue onto the base surface. It is recommended to do it in 2-3 batches, with each batch scraping thickness not exceeding 1mm and the total thickness not exceeding 3mm.

3. The second time should be scrapped after completely dry and solid (6-12 hours) in the first time. Intermittent stirring should be maintained during operation to prevent sedimentation. Node processing shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant specifications, and it is advisable to add a layer of fiber net or non-woven cloth. The normal dosage depends on the flatness of the base surface. The flatter the base surface is, the less the dosage uses. For instance, 2mm thickness: about 2.5kg-3kg/m2.

溫馨提示

施工時(shí)刮批平整后不宜反復(fù)批刮。

施工后至少12小時(shí)內(nèi)須防雨淋,、酷熱陽(yáng)光照射及霜凍,。

攪拌好的漿料應(yīng)在3小時(shí)內(nèi)用完，切忌將已干結(jié)的膏漿加水混合后再用,。

產(chǎn)品適宜在5℃-40℃的環(huán)境下使用,，切忌在雨淋下施工。

Warm Prompts

Scraping should not be repeated after leveling during construction.

Be protected from rain, hot sun and frost for 12 hours at least after construction.

Well-stirred slurry should be used up within 3 hours, and do not mix the dried paste with water before use.

The product is suitable for use in the environment of 5℃-40℃, and do not construct under the rain.
