本品是以丙烯酸酯等聚合物乳液和水泥為主要原料，加入其它外加劑制得的雙組份水性建筑防水材料,，兩組份在現(xiàn)場攪拌成均勻,，細(xì)膩漿料，涂刷

于基體表面,，固化后可形成柔韌,、高強(qiáng)的防水涂膜。產(chǎn)品具有“剛?cè)嵯酀?jì)”的特性,，既有聚合物涂膜的延伸性,、防水性，也有水硬性膠凝材料強(qiáng)度

高,、耐水性好,、易與潮濕基層粘結(jié)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

【適用范圍】

衛(wèi)生間,、浴室、廚房,、樓地面,、陽臺,、水池及墻面防水和木地板防潮。

【使用要點(diǎn)】

基層：基層應(yīng)堅(jiān)硬,、無浮塵,。陰陽角以及管根部等兩面交接處，均應(yīng)做成圓弧形,，陰角直徑宜大于50mm,，陽角直徑宜大于10mm。

防水層：可單獨(dú)做成涂膜防水,，一道設(shè)防時,，廁衛(wèi)間不小于1.5mm，地下工程不小于2.0mm,。

【施工要點(diǎn)】

基層處理：基層應(yīng)處理平整,、堅(jiān)實(shí)、干凈,、無油跡,、無明顯積水，陰陽角宜為圓弧形,。油污須除干凈,，低凹破損處修平。

【配料】

1,、配料比例：液料：粉料：水=1：1.5：(0～1),，水的添加量可在規(guī)定范圍之內(nèi)適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)，以調(diào)整涂料粘稠度,，滿足立面和平面不同部位的施

工要求,。

2、配料方法：先將液料和水倒入攪拌桶中,，在手提攪拌器不斷攪拌下將粉料徐徐加入其中,，至少攪拌5分鐘，攪拌均勻,，呈漿狀無團(tuán)塊,。

3、細(xì)部附加防水層：按設(shè)計(jì)要求在留設(shè)凹槽內(nèi)嵌填密封材料,，在陰陽角,、管根等細(xì)部應(yīng)特殊處理，地下工程宜夾鋪一層胎體增強(qiáng)材料,。

4,、大面積防水施工：宜分三遍涂刷，每遍涂膜完全干燥后才可涂下一遍，后遍涂刷方向與前遍涂刷方向垂直,，每遍涂料用量約0.5～1.0kg/平米,。

每遍涂布時間一般間隔4小時，冬季宜延長,。每遍涂膜厚度以0.4～0.5毫米為宜,，不宜一遍過厚。立面施工以不加水或少加水為宜,，以免涂料流淌,，

致使立面厚度不易達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)厚度，同時導(dǎo)致陰陽角堆積料過厚,，產(chǎn)生裂紋。

5,、涂膜防水層完成并驗(yàn)收合格后,，進(jìn)行保護(hù)層或飾面層施工。

【參考用量】每毫米厚的涂膜約需產(chǎn)品2.0kg/㎡,。

【注意事項(xiàng)】

1、施工時氣溫須高于5℃,，陰雨天氣室外不宜施工,，基層有明顯積水時不宜施工。

2,、配好的混合料應(yīng)在3小時內(nèi)使用完畢,。

3、開封后未使用完的液料或粉料組分,，應(yīng)密封貯存,，并盡快使用。

4,、每遍施工厚度不能超過1mm,，一次涂刷過厚，涂膜容易產(chǎn)生裂紋,。

5,、立面施工時，以不加水或少加水為宜,，以免涂料流淌,，致使立面厚度不易達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)厚度，同時導(dǎo)致陰陽角堆積料過厚,，產(chǎn)生裂紋,。

6、防水涂膜應(yīng)完全干燥后方可進(jìn)行飾面層施工,。

【包裝,、運(yùn)輸及貯存】

1,、產(chǎn)品粉料組份和液料組份先用塑料袋分別包裝后再裝入塑料桶中。

2,、運(yùn)輸按非危險品要求,。運(yùn)輸時，防止雨淋,、曝曬,、擠壓、碰撞,、倒置,，保持包裝完好無損。運(yùn)輸過程中環(huán)境溫度不能低于0℃,，否則,，應(yīng)采取

保溫措施。

3,、產(chǎn)品液料組份宜密封存放于5℃以上的陰涼處,，貯存溫度不得低于0℃;粉料須存放于干燥處。
